ASSOCIAZIONE CULTURALE ITALO-ELLENICA
Con il 20° itinerario storico
proponiamo un’escursione alla batteria mista PL 227 in contrada Katsouni, facente
parte dell’articolato complesso di difesa aero-navale dell’ingresso della baia
di Lakki.
Il punto di ritrovo è fissato per le
10:00 di sabato 20 luglio presso
il parcheggio all’ombra degli
eucalipti all’inizio della baia di Merikià. Da qui si proseguirà in auto o scooter per 3 km circa su
strada asfaltata e successivamente per 0,8 km su strada sterrata in discrete
condizioni. L’escursione a piedi è di 700 mt circa, della durata prevista di
circa 2 ore. È richiesto abbigliamento adeguato (pantaloni lunghi e -
imperativamente! - calzature chiuse).
Gli interessati sono pregati di confermare la partecipazione
entro le 12:00 di venerdì 19.7 esclusivamente via mail oppure via sms o whatsapp (+30 694 536 9510 // +30 690 772 7621) in quanto
l’escursione è subordinata al numero di partecipanti. Si prega di

Η 20η ιστορική διαδρομή προτείνει σαν προορισμό την πυροβολαρχία
PL 227 στην περιοχή Κατσούνι, ένα εξάρτημα της πολύπλοκης ναυτικής και
αντιαεροπορικής άμυνας του εισόδου του κόλπου Λακκίου.
Το ραντεβού έχει οριστεί για τις 10 π.μ. το Σάββατο 20
Ιουλίου στο πάρκινγκ κάτω από τους ευκαλύπτους στην αρχή της παραλίας της
Μερικιάς. Από εδώ συνεχίζουμε με αυτοκίνητο ή μοτοποδήλατο για 3 χλμ. περίπου
σε ασφαλτόδρομο και 0,8 χλμ. σε χωματόδρομο σε αξιοπρεπή κατάσταση. Ο περίπατος
είναι περίπου 700 μ. και διαρκέσει περίπου δύο ώρες. Απαιτείται κατάλληλη
ενδυμασία (παντελόνι μακρύ και - οπωσδήποτε! - κλειστά παπούτσια).
Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι παρακαλούνται να επιβεβαιώσουν την
συμμετοχή ως τις 12πμ της Παρασκευής 19.7 μόνο μέσω mail ή με μήνυμα (sms ή viber)

Le 20ème itinéraire
historique propose une excursion à la batterie mixte PL 227 de Katsouni, qui
faisait partie du complexe de défense navale et antiaérienne de l’entrée de la
baie de Lakki,
Le rendez-vous est
fixé à 10h00 du samedi 20 juillet dans le parking sous les eucalyptus au début de la
plage de Merikia. On continuera en voiture ou mobylette pour 3 km environ sur
route bétonnée et 0,8 km non asphalté en état passable; la randonnée prévoit
700 mt environ de parcours à pied et une durée de deux heures environ. Est
requis habillement conforme (pantalons longs et - impérativement! - chaussures
fermées).

The 20th

The meeting
point is the parking under the eucalypts at beginning of
the Merikia beach on Saturday, July 20th at 10am. From there we’ll continue by car or
scooter for about 3 km on paved and 0,8 km untarmacked road under discreet
conditions. The walking path is about 700 mt and two hours duration. Suitable clothing is required (long
pants and - imperatively! - closed shoes).
